What a wild series we've had between Bully Sticks HC and the Golden Company Elephants! In this latest matchup, the Elephants rolled over the Sticks with a dominant 6-4 victory. SPUDDWEISER was the standout for Bully Sticks, lighting the lamp 4 times and single-handedly keeping his team in the game. He was definitely the highlight, even if the team ended up on the wrong side of the scoreboard.
As for the Elephants, it was a true team effort, but The Ploop and Rubberducky x41 stole the spotlight, combining for an impressive 8 points! Tylerb619 had a challenging night in net for the Sticks, facing 62 shots. They were able to stop 42, which isn't a bad stat, but six goals against is never what you want to see on your record.
In the next game of the series, it was even more one-sided as Golden Company put up a 7-0 shutout against Bully Sticks. The Ploop scored a jaw-dropping 5 goals! J WHISPERZ stood strong in goal, getting the shutout against a struggling Bully team. It was a rough night for the Sticks, and they'll need to regroup before facing the Elephants again in what has turned out to be an intense rivalry!
