What a wild night of hockey we had on September 11th! The Yetis and Hot N Sweaty went head-to-head in a heart-pounding series, and game two was an absolute doozy! The Yetis skated away with a dominant 11-3 victory, showcasing some serious firepower with 23 shots on goal. Hoss9286 was on fire, putting up 4 goals and 4 assists like it was nothing. Ezreal didn’t lag behind, also grabbing 4 goals along with 5 points, giving the Yetis that sweet balance of scoring.
Now don't forget about the earlier match, where the Yetis squeaked by with a tight 5-4 victory. Buckley0306 was the star of the show that night, notching 2 goals and 2 assists to lead the charge. How about xPhiist from Hot N Sweaty? He racked up 3 goals, which is impressive, but it just wasn't enough to overcome the Yetis' solid game strategy. And SynergyLS3 really helped out too, dishing out 4 assists.
Defensively, the goalies had their hands full, with IamStillTyping making 19 saves in the second game while Derekgnr faced 23 shots and saved only 12. Tough night for him! The Yetis showed their dominance in the series, but you know Hot N Sweaty will be looking to bounce back in the next matchup. Can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!
