SERIES RECAP

High Glass takes the series 2-1 over Medium Sized Men in a high-scoring three-game battle. After High Glass ground out a tight 3-2 defensive win to open the series, the floodgates opened. Medium Sized Men responded with a 5-4 victory in Game 2 to force a decider, but High Glass reclaimed their offensive form in the finale, pulling away for a 7-4 win. The series was defined by momentum swings, with the two teams combining for 25 goals over the final two matchups. The series featured elite individual performances on both sides, particularly from the wingers. l_Willis_97_l was a force for High Glass, finishing the series with 12 points (7 goals, 5 assists) and a massive 20 shots on net. He was flanked by JHubbs92, who proved to be the ultimate clutch performer with 11 points and two game-winning goals. For Medium Sized Men, OzirisI93I mirrored that production with two hat tricks across the series to finish with 6 goals, while Peck l87l acted as the primary playmaker, racking up 7 assists and 9 total points. Ultimately, this series was decided by High Glass’s clinical efficiency in the transition game and their ability to stay disciplined. While Medium Sized Men dominated the physical side of the puck—headlined by Peck l87l and OzirisI93I combining for 39 hits—they struggled to turn that physicality into consistent stops in Game 3. High Glass operated with a lethal 33% shooting percentage in the deciding game, scoring 7 times on just 21 shots. Despite trailing in total time on attack across the three games (1626 to 1721), High Glass made their possession count, outshooting Medium Sized Men 58-52 overall and capitalizing on the few power play opportunities they were afforded.
