SERIES RECAP

Bullet Hockey Club takes the series 2-1 over Not My Game following a display of high-octane offense and opportunistic finishing. Bullet HC came out of the gate with purpose, securing a steady 4-2 win in Game 1 before completely blowing the doors off in Game 2 with an 8-2 rout. That second game shifted the entire momentum of the series, as Bullet HC needed only 12 shots to find the back of the net 8 times. While Not My Game showed incredible resilience to avoid the sweep, grinding out a 4-3 overtime win in Game 3 behind a massive possession advantage, they simply couldn't overcome the early hole created by Bullet HC's clinical attack. The series belonged to the duo of l_Willis_97_l and yung96, who combined for a staggering 23 points across the 3 matchups. Willis was a force of nature, averaging 4 points per game and finishing with 7 goals, while yung96 provided elite secondary scoring with 6 goals and 5 assists. On the back end, JHubbs92 was the unsung hero for Bullet HC; despite facing a heavy 55 shots over the series, he maintained a solid .854 save percentage to weather the storms. Not My Game found their sparks in MoNsTeR I30I, who notched 7 points, and DaddyJoeFerg, whose physical play (20 hits) culminated in the Game 3 overtime winner. Ultimately, this series was decided by Bullet Hockey Club’s devastating efficiency in transition. While Not My Game actually controlled the puck for long stretches—peaking with over 10 minutes of Time on Attack in Game 3—they struggled to turn that possession into high-danger chances during the first 2 games. Bullet HC’s special teams also proved vital, as they converted 3 power-play goals while keeping Not My Game’s man-advantage largely in check until the final game. Not My Game’s physicality was notable, led by Swiff Wright’s 36 hits, but they couldn't find a way to stop the bleeding in the crease when Bullet HC's shooters got into open space.
