SERIES RECAP

Chaos secured a dominant 3-0 series sweep over the Metal Can Muppets, though the bookends of the matchup were much more competitive than the final scoreline suggests. The series opened with a narrow 3-2 Chaos victory where they were largely out-possessed but proved far more clinical in their finishing. Momentum shifted into a total blowout in Game 2, a 12-3 shellacking that saw Chaos score at will and put the Muppets on their heels. The Muppets showed resilience in the finale, forcing overtime to save their season, but Chaos eventually found the back of the net to shut the door. **l Volcom x 28 l** was the definitive series MVP for Chaos, racking up 12 points (8G, 4A) across the 3 games, including both the Game 1 winner and the series-clinching goal in overtime. **Daintydanglz** provided elite distribution from the wing, finishing with 11 points and a +11 rating. While the Muppets struggled to find consistent offense, **Prodigyx8** was a standout in a losing effort, netting 6 of the team's 8 total goals across the series. On the back end, Chaos relied on the defensive pairing of **GingertronXX** and **Tregray30**, who combined for 14 assists while maintaining a massive +11 rating. Possession and faceoff dominance told the statistical story of the series. Chaos controlled the flow of play in the final two games, averaging over 11 minutes of time on attack and leaving the Muppets gassed in their own zone. The 12-3 blowout was specifically fueled by **Jeeves2009** winning 27 of 31 draws (87%), ensuring Chaos rarely had to fight to regain the puck. While the Muppets kept the shot counts relatively close in the tightest games, their 71 total turnovers across the series proved fatal against a Chaos offense that converted on nearly 30% of its shots.
