RECAP

In a tightly contested battle that required extra time, Feet For Hands edged out the Mighty Deks with a 4-3 overtime victory. The game was a back-and-forth affair defined by quick transitions and clinical finishing, as neither side could establish a lead larger than a single goal. While the Mighty Deks managed to hang around despite losing the possession battle, the narrative shifted for good in overtime when defenseman Rxzmus stepped up into the play to bury the game-winning goal, capping off a high-stakes performance that rewarded Feet For Hands for their sustained offensive pressure. The offensive story of the night belonged to oSplxshin, who was involved in every single goal for Feet For Hands, finishing with 2 goals and 2 assists. His ability to navigate the zone was evident in his league-leading 741 units of possession time, acting as the primary engine for the away side’s attack. On the other side, the Mighty Deks relied on a balanced scoring effort from Chandler4911, SynergyLS3, and See dub 21, while TwO AcCuRaTE served as the primary facilitator with 2 assists. In the crease, both Bcrippsx31 and Rage x60x faced heavy fire, with Rage x60x making 9 saves on 12 shots to secure the narrowest of margins for the win. Ultimately, the game was decided by time on attack and playmaking efficiency. Feet For Hands controlled the flow of the game with 876 seconds of time on attack compared to 704 for the Mighty Deks, which eventually wore down the Deks' defensive structure. Despite TwO AcCuRaTE dominating the faceoff circle with 16 wins to just 8 losses, the Mighty Deks couldn't convert that puck luck into enough high-quality chances. Feet For Hands' superior passing game—completing 132 attempts to the Deks' 109—allowed them to cycle effectively and wait for the defensive breakdown that finally arrived in the overtime period.
