SERIES RECAP

The Mighty Deks take the series 2-1 over Feet For Hands in a matchup that was much tighter than the final scoreline suggests. The series opened with two consecutive overtime marathons, as both teams traded narrow 1-goal victories to keep the momentum shifting. See dub 21 ended the first game with a clutch OT winner for the Deks, while Rxzmus answered back in the second game to force a winner-take-all finale. However, the defensive gridlock of the first two games evaporated in Game 3, where the Deks’ offense finally exploded for 7 goals to secure the series win. TwO AcCuRaTE was the clear MVP for the Deks, serving as the primary engine with 11 points (3 goals, 8 assists) across the 3 games while dominating the dot with 34 faceoff wins. He was frequently flanked by Chandler4911, who remained a constant threat with 10 points and high-end playmaking. For Feet For Hands, xbrindy was a physical force on the back end, racking up 18 hits and 4 assists to keep the Deks’ forwards honest. oSplxshin also stood out for the losing side, recording 4 points and leading all players in possession time, though it wasn't enough to overcome the Deks' late-series surge. The series was ultimately decided by the Deks' clinical efficiency and faceoff dominance. While the time on attack was remarkably even throughout the first two games, TwO AcCuRaTE’s 54.8% success rate at the circle consistently gave the Deks the first look at the puck. The statistical story shifted heavily in Game 3, where the Deks converted on a staggering 50% of their shots. While Feet For Hands proved they could win the possession battle and play a physical style, they couldn't find an answer for the Deks’ passing efficiency, which saw them average 4 goals per game despite a relatively low shot volume across the series.
